Well even more has happened since the last post. We decided to scratch the mobile home idea and are just going either rent a house in Cleveland or buy this house. We are dealing with the banks right now and since our home we own now is an FHA loan and we cant own 2 houses with that, we are are trying to refinance and take out a mortgage, and find renters and get moved out all at the same time. HEADACHE pretty much somes it up. Oh and J.R. totaled his truck Wednesday morning. He hurt his shoulder but he's ok other than that. The house we are thinking about buying will need remoldeling, but we are buying it for half of what our 1st house cost and it has A LOT of potential.
