Gavin turned 11 months old 9 days ago. Call me a scrooge but I am so ready for the holidays to be over with. I'm ready for this year to be over with because it's been one of the hardest years of my life! Next year will be a good year for us. I am however excited about Gavin's upcoming birthday. He's still just as precious as the day he was born and I pray he continues to be my sweet boy throughout the years. Not much has changed from last month.
- He can cruise and occasionally will stand without holding onto anything if he's distracted.
- He will only eat table food and chocolate donuts are his favorite. We have already attempted to wean him into regular milk and it upset his belly so we stopped. We will try again in a couple days with 1% milk this time.
- He hates wearing socks and I get lectured by old ladies everywhere we go.
- His hair is getting so long his bangs hang in his eyes.
- His eyes are still blue but I still think they will change to green eventually.
- He had been waking up throughout the night, but I realized it was because he was getting cold so I placed a small heating fan in his room and he doesn't wake until 9 am every morning.
- He has 6 teeth now.
- His favorite thing to do is play in his brother's firetruck bed.
